Twist
There's shuffling twist
Or a Yoga twist
Twist and shout
A twisting paint
You can twist the story
To hide the truth
leads to a street
then you will be lost
Twist only works
if you are quick
to know when
it is time to duck
and time to quit

April 2nd – Twist
A choice before us – left or right?
Outcome, fall out – day or night.
How do we decide the better way?
If not black and white – just grey?
The road ahead is never clear
Change our mind when we draw near
How do we choose the way to go?
How do we seek what we don’t know?
Our life like a story in a book
Except we cannot flip ahead to look
Take each plotline or day as is
And revel in excitement if a twist
All in stride and stay the course
No regrets and no remorse
Eyes open wide to take all in
No matter your choice, life is a win.

Time to TWIST the Tongue
Terry Thomas Tupper took the train to Timbuktoo.
Taron Trask, the tarot teller, thought the trip taboo.
Tutting townsfolk tossed this tale, termed twaddle, tense, too tall...
Truth-be-told, the train tripped track, turned Tupper's troupe to trawl.
Twist
I decided to give a haiku a try.
I hated you then
Lying, cheating, and absent
Now I’ve become you
